Return Policy:

At Femap.in, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. However, if you face any issues with your order, our return policy allows for safe and simple returns under the following conditions:

✅  Eligibility for Returns:

  • Product is damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of damage (images/video) is mandatory during request.

Replacement Policy:

We offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item received.
  • Product is damaged during shipping.
  • Product is expired or unusable upon delivery.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse by customer.
  • Products bought during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable.

Return / Replacement Process:

  1. Email or WhatApp us your issue within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images or video of the issue
  2. Our quality team will review the request within 2 business days.
  3. Approved returns/replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be initiated only if replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
